- Handmade ceramics and candles from Tirana
Welcome to Tarti Studio. These terms explain the basic conditions for shopping with us. Tarti Studio is an independent creative studio in Tirana, Albania, founded by Besarta and focused on small-batch ceramics and candles. By placing an order, you agree to the terms described on this page.
Orders are confirmed once payment has been successfully completed. Prices and product availability may change without notice. Because pieces are made in small batches, an item may occasionally become unavailable; if that happens after purchase, we will contact you and arrange a suitable replacement or refund.
Tarti Studio pieces are made by hand. Small variations in shape, glaze, color, texture, or finish are natural and are part of each object’s character. Product photographs aim to represent every piece accurately, although colors may vary slightly between screens.
Available delivery methods, costs, and estimated timeframes are shown during checkout. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by the destination or carrier. Please check your address carefully before completing an order and contact us promptly if anything needs to be corrected.
If your order arrives damaged or is not what you expected, contact Tarti Studio through the website as soon as possible with your order details and photographs where relevant. We will review the request and explain the available return, replacement, or refund options. Custom-made and used items may not be eligible for return unless faulty.
