Delivery options and estimated costs are shown at checkout. Each ceramic piece and candle is packed carefully to help it travel safely from the Tirana studio.

If something arrives damaged or you have a concern about your order, contact us promptly with the order details and a photo. We will review it and help with the next steps.

Variations in form, glaze, tone, and texture are a natural part of handmade work. They are not defects; they are what make every Tarti Studio piece individual.

Handle ceramics with care and follow any product-specific instructions. Keep candle wicks trimmed, place candles on a stable heat-resistant surface, and never leave a burning candle unattended.
